Its massing is characterized by horizontal stratification, layered bands that undulate rhythmically around the perimeter. The façade reads as a dynamic envelope rather than a static wall, expressing motion and fluidity through controlled curvature and repetition.
The upper volume swells and compresses along its longitudinal axis, creating a subtle waist at mid-span before expanding again at the ends. This gesture softens the building’s scale and introduces a sense of aerodynamic flow, as if the form has been shaped by prevailing winds.
